We design and manufacture high-quality medical devices, ensuring—through rigorous quality control—the traceability of our products from design through distribution. Our group currently comprises 26 subsidiaries and 11 production sites, including 8 in Europe.

Job description :

Ensure availability, accuracy, and flow of information, documents, and transactions necessary to execute the production plan. The Production Operations Administrator secures administrative and system support infrastructure. 

  • 1. Manufacturing Files and Documents 

    • Prepare, edit, verify, and distribute files and documents necessary to launch production activities. 
    • Ensure completeness, traceability, filing, and transmission of manufacturing records per applicable documentation requirements. 
    • Identify missing or inconsistent data in individual sheets and operational documents; coordinate corrections with owners. 
    • Participate in tool improvements and data reliability initiatives. 
    • 2. Work Order Integrity 
    • Create, track, and close work orders and authorized ERP transactions in accordance with access rights and applicable procedures. 
    • Identify poorly-closed or incomplete orders; conduct structured weekly follow-up and coordinate corrections with production teams. 
    • Verify work order conformity: correct routings, current specifications, accurate BOMs. 

    3. Inventory and Material Management 

    • Prepare data necessary for inventory cycles, reconciliation, and labeling operations. 
    • Manage sub-component WIP tracking and production consumables; ensure consistency between ERP data and actual line conditions. 
    • Coordinate counting cycles and inventory adjustments with Quality and Supply Chain functions. 

    4. Administrative Support and Workforce Management 

    • Coordinate administrative workforce needs: attendance, absences, overtime, multi-skilling, and planning inputs. 
    • Alert immediately to any document, system, or traceability anomalies that may affect production or compliance. 

    5. Production Analytics and Management Reporting 

    • Consolidate production plan, actual progress, quantities produced, variances, and escalation needs for daily management rituals. 
    • Prepare production performance data for analysis: AIC2, quality indicators, consumables, WIP, machine availability. 
    • Build and maintain dashboards and presentation materials necessary for management meetings and executive briefings (CODIR). 
    • Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies in production data; produce clear, actionable insights for decision-making. 

    REQUIRED TRAINING AND EDUCATION 

    Education: Secondary school (HSC) or Baccalaureate plus training in administration, logistics, production management, or related technical discipline. Bac+2 qualification constitutes an advantage. 

    Experience:  

    • 3–5 years in production operations, inventory management, or production support coordination. 
    • Mastery of production ERP (data entry, tracking, data extraction). 
    • Experience building dashboards, analyzing data, and preparing performance reports. 
    • Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments or high-traceability operations constitutes an advantage. 

    CORE COMPETENCIES 

    • Rigour and reliability; data mastery and office software tools (MS Office, particularly Excel); ability to prioritize; service orientation; clear communication; capacity to escalate issues without conflict; respect for confidentiality and production workflows. 
    • Mastery of production ERP (data entry, tracking, data extraction). 
    • Advanced Excel: model-building, data analysis, anomaly detection. 
    • Ability to transform raw data into clear dashboards and decision-focused presentations. 
    • Data quality eye: detection of inconsistencies, duplicates, missing data.
