Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, implement, and monitor trade marketing and brand activation initiatives to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth
  • Ensure strong merchandising standards, optimal product visibility, and flawless in-store execution across all assigned outlets and channels
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of promotional campaigns, corporate events, activations, and new product launches
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing activities
  • Track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess execution standards, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence
  • Support the development and deployment of marketing materials, point-of-sale (POS) assets, and promotional tools to enhance brand visibility and customer experience
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed within approved budgets, timelines, and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and support sales, marketing and education activities to ensure seamless campaign execution, training delivery, partner activation, and continuous improvement through field feedback

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, Retail Marketing or Event Coordination
  • Experience in beauty, professional haircare, luxury, FMCG or retail would be an advantage
  • Strong project coordination, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of merchandising, POSM production and retail execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in the field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate internal teams, agencies and commercial partners
  • Valid driving licence and flexibility to support events when required
