π’ WE ARE HIRING β ACCOUNTS CLERK
HEFTY Ltd is looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day accounting and administrative activities of the company and ensure that financial records are accurately maintained.
πΉ Main Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments and accounting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Enter financial data accurately into the accounting system.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and supporting documents.
- Assist with supplier and customer account records.
- Check and verify accounting documents and transactions.
- Assist with preparation of monthly accounting reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts Department.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding invoices and payments when required.
- Assist the Accountant with general accounting duties and other tasks assigned by management.
- Ensure all financial information is kept accurate and confidential.
πΉ Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum SC / HSC, preferably with Accounting.
- Certificate / Diploma in Accounting will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in an accounts or administrative position will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Accurate, meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Well organised with good time-management skills.
- Honest, reliable and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
