Job Description

Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy being on the move? Join us as an Assistant Level 1 – Issuing, where you'll help deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience by coordinating KYC verification appointments, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and supporting issuing activities with accuracy and efficiency. A valid driving licence is essential.  


Responsibility

  • Understand and adhere to Cards policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide a high standard of service.
  • Review, validate, and process KYC documentation and new applications accurately and in compliance with requirements.
  • Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving customer issues and complaints while contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Maintain a good understanding of CIM Finance's Cards & Payments products, services, systems, and tools.
  • Participate in issuing campaigns, sales initiatives, roadshows, outbound calling activities, and other business development efforts.
  • Support customers through activities such as card activations, declined transaction follow-ups, and other service-related interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks and business objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture.
  • Provide support at service counters and undertake other related duties as required to support business operations.

Profile

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry.
  • Valid driving license (where required for the role).
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Good written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional emails.
  • Confidence in building positive customer relationships and engaging with prospective customers in a professional way.
