KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate sales orders with production

Follow up on customer orders & delivery schedules

Prepare & monitor production schedules

Liaise with customers regarding orders & requirements

Coordinate between Sales, Production & other departments

Ensure deadlines & customer expectations are met

Maintain accurate records & handle administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

HSC with Maths

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong organisational & coordination skills

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask & work under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Proactive, responsible & results-oriented

Ability to work independently & as part of a team
