• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday:  07 p.mto 5.00 a.m

                                Sunday & Public Holiday: 01p.m to 23.00p.m 

• Off Days: 8 days per month as per roster

We are seeking professional and customer-focused individuals to join as Dealers.  The successful candidates will be responsible for operating table games, ensuring game procedures, handling chips and delivering a high standard of customer service while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Conduct live table games professionally and in accordance with company procedures and gaming regulations.
• Handle cards, dice, chips, cash and gaming equipment accurately and securely.
• Verify and process bets, payouts and chip exchanges efficiently.
• Maintain the correct pace and flow of the game while ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Communicate game rules and procedures clearly to players.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude and conduct at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and integrity
• Ability to remain focused and perform under pressure
• Good visual perception and hand-eye coordination
• Professional, confident and customer-oriented.
