Job Description

Archemics Ltd is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our portfolio of key clients within the hospitality sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with hotel groups, resorts and boutique properties, while promoting our range of guest amenities, including soaps, shampoos, body care products and welcome amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing key hospitality accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement, purchasing and operational teams.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product ranges within existing accounts.
  • Present and promote guest amenity solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on contract renewals.
  • Monitor client requirements, orders and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely resolution of client queries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the hospitality amenities segment.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, key account management or hospitality supplies would be an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with hotels, resorts, procurement or purchasing teams will be highly valued.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Organised, proactive and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently and conducting regular client visits.
  • A valid driving licence is required.
