Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who shall be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be at ease with market research.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and build new client relationships by communicating effectively with Sales Executive & Manager and their clients.
• Assist the sales team to manage customers’ portfolio.
• Prepare and send quotes/proposals within guidelines.
• Ensure customers orders are followed and updates accordingly.
• Be the main contact between agents & customers
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Work with Sales Executive to achieve targets and budget.
• Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales executive are unavailable.
• Contact new clients to propose our services.
• Maintain good client relationships
• Work in collaboration with Operations & Accounts team

Job requirements

• HSC with at least 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of import & export procedures would be an advantage.
• Well versed with Excel spreadsheets, using vlookup and pivot tables 
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
• Have a strong work ethic 
• Be problem-solving and customer service oriented
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Attention to details
• Holding of a clean Driving License
