Leal & Co Ltd is hiring a Quality Controller for its After Sales Service (Bodyshop) department.  

MAIN FUNCTION:

Responsible to perform rigorous Quality Control and test drive after completion of repairs to ensure zero defect on work performed. Ensures that customers request and complaints have been done as per Leal & Co Ltd Standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Ensure all company procedures, policies, and standards are followed.
•Conduct road tests upon Service Advisor requests to better understand customer complaints.
•Inspect the engine bay for loose items and report any anomalies.
•Conduct road tests after repairs to verify that all complaints and requested work are properly addressed.
•Complete the Road Test Report accurately and legibly.
•Report any additional work required before submitting the vehicle to the Service Advisor.
•Report quality issues and anomalies to the Service Manager for corrective action.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

•Higher School Certificate
•Knowledge in Automotive Mechanics/ Painting/ Panel Beating, would constitute a definite advantage.
