Reneworld Ltd is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team.
The Administrative Officer needs to coordinate survey schedules, maintain accurate project information and works closely with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure activities are well organised and followed through efficiently. This is a dynamic and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who is organised, communicates confidently, enjoys working with people and takes initiative to keep things moving.
Profile Requirements
- Holder of Hsc Certificates / Certificate in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, reception, administration, coordination or another client-facing role is an advantage.
- Confident and professional when communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take ownership and follow through.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm survey appointments with clients.
- Plan and follow survey schedules according to project requirements and team availability.
- Maintain and update planning trackers, project dates and status information.
- Ensure survey and project information is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding schedules, changes and outstanding actions.
- Follow up on pending surveys, actions and project updates to help keep activities on track.
- Coordinate relevant information and documentation between teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with coordination meetings and prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
