The successful candidate will support the Marketing team in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, events, communications, and promotional activities across the mall.

Main Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Marketing team, the trainee will:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the team in researching retail and consumer trends and preparing reports.
• Assist in gathering and compiling sales, footfall, and marketing performance data.
• Help organize retailer engagement activities such as meetings, presentations, and newsletters.
• Assist in managing enquiries, feedback, and complaints received from retailers and customers, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Support the preparation and execution of the annual marketing plan and related activities.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and service providers for marketing and communication projects.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with retailers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities and prepare benchmark reports.
• Contribute to the management and updating of the mall website and digital platforms.
• Support the organization of events, activations, and guest service promotions.
• Assist in updating marketing collateral, mall guides, directory boards, and communication materials.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns and content planning.
• Assist in preparing reports on mall and tenant performance.
• Participate in administrative and coordination duties related to the Marketing Department.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates seeking practical experience in marketing are encouraged to apply.

Internship period – 3 to 6 months
