Xtruline Ltd is one of the sister company's of Natec Medical Ltd who is specialised in plastic transformation and manufacturing processes of high precision medical components.

We are actively looking for the right profile to join our maintenance team and engage in the following;

 • Preventive and corrective maintenance 

• Breakdown troubleshooting and repair 

• Calibration and equipment-related activities 

• Mechanical, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting 

• Support for facility equipment, including chiller, compressor, HVAC, air-piping systems, fire, health and safety recommendations 

• Spare-parts management

• QCBD documentation, execution and completion of work orders 

• Equipment setup, modification and improvement, preparation of tooling where required 

• Technical support subassembly equipment 

• Assist with and follow up on contractors and external service providers carrying out work on site 

• Support during the development of polyimide, including tooling, trials and troubleshooting. Once the process is established, operators will take over the operation.
