Job Description

Main Duties :

  • Plan and organise work schedules to eliminate processing delays and ensure a smooth operational flow.
  • Provide essential administrative support to Relationship Executives for the timely submission and follow-up of lease files.
  • Execute rigorous follow-ups after Credit Committee (CC) approvals, including chasing of surveyors and sales representatives to ensure prompt closing of deals.
  • Adhere strictly to the Risk Management Framework and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC) to minimise financial loss and ensure zero adverse reports from authorities.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, archiving, transcribing, and releasing formal approvals after CC.
  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers promptly, acting as the first point of contact to provide initial information and departmental direction.
  • Deliver accurate information through multiple channels, including in-person, telephone, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain and nurture professional relationships with external Suppliers, Dealers, and existing customers to facilitate business ease.
  • Perform meticulous KYC document verification per client type to ensure the financial safety of the onboarding process.
  • Take prompt corrective action on any deviations from established procedures to protect the company’s financial interests.
  • Ensure a high level of competency in following files in the absence of Relationship Executives to maintain service standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving Anti-Money Laundering and KYC procedures as mandated by Mauritian regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications :
