Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive and personalized service to guests.
• Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and replenishment of beverages, garnishes and bar supplies.
• Prepare mise-en-place, garnishes and bar equipment before service.
• Recommend beverages and cocktails based on guests’ preferences.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Support the team during busy periods and maintain smooth bar operations.
• Follow hotel standards, procedures and guest service expectations.

Qualification & Experience

• NTC Level 2 or NTC Level 3 in Hotel Management or an equivalent Certificate
• Minimum 2 Years working experience in a 4-5 Star Hotel
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of a third language would be an advantage.
• Customer-focused, professional and well presented.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
