We are looking for a talented Kitchen Design & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will use specialized design software to create the best possible kitchen layouts for our clients, and will also be well-versed in social media to effectively market and promote these designs online. This is a unique opportunity for someone who takes pride in both technical design work and telling that work's story to a wider audience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🪚 Kitchen Design (Core Function)

• Design and plan bespoke kitchen layouts using specialized design software
• Prepare 3D renderings and technical drawings for client presentations
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, space constraints, and style preferences
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and accurately executed

📱 Social Media & Marketing (Supporting Function)

• Create engaging video content (reels, short-form videos) showcasing completed kitchen designs and projects for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
• Plan, film, and edit marketing content that highlights the quality and creativity of the design work
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries
• Track content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and trends
• Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in the design/home improvement space

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience with kitchen design software (e.g., 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong eye for space planning, functionality, and aesthetics in kitchen design
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation (filming, editing short-form video)
• Portfolio or examples of both design work and social media content is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both with clients and on camera
• Ability to manage both design projects and content planning simultaneously
• Prior experience in kitchen/furniture design is a strong advantage
