Job Description
Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for a Training and Quality Assurance Officer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes while implementing quality assurance mechanisms that strengthen employee capability, regulatory compliance, service standards and operational performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Design and Material Development
- Design and standardise onboarding, role-specific, refresher and continuous-development programmes.
- Develop training manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments and digital learning content.
- Ensure training materials align with organisational objectives, internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a central repository and structured review cycle for training materials.
2. Training Delivery and Evaluation
- Deliver engaging in-person, virtual and practical training using appropriate instructional methods.
- Adapt learning content to different roles, audiences and learning needs.
- Evaluate learning through assessments, simulations, participant feedback and workplace observation.
- Monitor training completion and effectiveness, and recommend coaching or refresher interventions where required
3. Quality Assurance
- Develop quality standards, evaluation criteria, scorecards and monitoring tools.
- Conduct regular quality reviews to assess adherence to procedures, service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate whether employees are applying acquired knowledge and skills effectively in their roles.
- Communicate findings and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Recommend and monitor corrective actions, coaching or targeted training interventions.
4. Data, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate training, assessment and quality-assurance records.
- Analyse learning and quality data to identify trends, recurring gaps and root causes.
- Prepare reports and insights for management on training effectiveness and quality performance.
- Continuously improve programmes, materials and delivery methods based on results and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- MQA certification as trainer would be an advantage.
- At least three years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, quality assurance or operational improvement.
- Good mastery of Microsoft powerpoint/other presentation and content-development tools
- Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be an advantage.
- Experience in developing training materials, facilitating programmes and conducting quality reviews.
