• Maintain and repair hot kitchen equipment
• Service and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment
• Carry out general handyman and maintenance duties
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment checks
• Respond promptly to maintenance breakdowns and faults

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality or commercial maintenance is an advantage
• Practical knowledge of kitchen and refrigeration equipment
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and general maintenance
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, responsible and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
