As an Internal Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance Team and be responsible of both Internal Audit and Compliance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To assist in the conduct of internal audits ;
• To conduct reviews and assess if policies and procedures are being adhered to;
• To assist in the onboarding of clients and team members;
• To conduct KYC reviews and screening on stakeholders;
• To do follow up as and when required;
• To assist other teams in the event where they require any information or input from the compliance department;
• To assist in the record keeping of documents;
• Any other tasks as may be required.

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or any other related field;
• Excellent academic results (SC and HSC results will also be taken into account);
• Interested in the compliance field;
• Fast learner and willingness to learn and adapt;
• Excellent level of English and French both written and spoken.
