We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Health & Safety Officer to oversee Health & Safety, Fire Safety Compliance and Sustainability initiatives across our Home & Building Solutions Sector (Nabridas, Grewals & JMD) in the ER Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA 2005 and related regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate Safety & Health Committees and employee training.
• Apply for and maintain Fire Safety Certificates.
• Manage fire drills, emergency preparedness and Fire Warden programmes.
• Ensure proper maintenance of fire safety equipment.
• Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 2005 and fire safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driving licence.
