Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd is currently looking for an Associate IT Engineer.

The Associate IT Engineer will  assist Senior IT Engineer in the technical design, installation, configuration, and implementation of IT equipment done as per project requirements and within project timelines and costs and that  ensure escalation is done as required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in design, implementation, and support of IT solutions
• Do proof of concepts and trial for customers.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring technical problems and identify solution to resolve issue
• Follow all company and ISO procedures.
• Document all proposals and implementations.
• Attend staff and other meetings.
• Assist with asset management.
• Build knowledge database and share.
• Provide Support to client based on defined SLAs

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

• Good English and French results in SC/ HSC
•  Bachelor in Electronic Engineering/Computer Systems/ Information Systems or any relevant Technology Degree
• 1+ year experience with designing, implementing, and providing ongoing support of Microsoft Solutions as per business requirements
• 1+ year of implementing & Supporting Microsoft 365 services
• Hardware and System support experience of 1+ year on servers and storage devices
• Microsoft Azure Certifications / CCNA
• Passion for customers, technology, and learning. Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for our customers and Partners
• Strong problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation
• Holder of a valid driving license

• Fluent in spoken and written English and French
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team spirit
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Ability to learn independently and pass certifications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work after normal office hours and on roster for public holidays (Flexibility 24x7)
