Responsibilities
• Verifies that all equipment and accessories are in good working condition and reports any discrepancies without delay to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Respects “Lost & Found” procedures to report all lost items found in rooms assigned.
• Regularly replenishes pantry as to maintain adequate stock of products and materials.
• Replenishes bathroom amenities as per instructions.
• Checks if mini-bar needs replenishment as per established checklist and guest preferences.
• Attends to the turn-down of rooms at night and to the replenishment of the trolley for the next shift.
• Cleans each room, including bathroom and terrace, in allocated section, in accordance with the standard of cleanliness and hygiene established by the Executive Housekeeper and the Hotel.
• Cleans equipment and pantries on a regular basis, making sensible use of cleaning products and chemicals.
• Keeps the housekeeping trolley tidy and adequately replenished.
• Verifies that guests’ laundry is collected timely and correctly.

• Form III
Previous performance
• A minimum of 6 months working experience in a similar position
Other requirements
• High levels of integrity.
• Passionate about service.
• Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays.
• A clean certificate of character is a must.
