Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the daily KItchen operations 
• Do the proper mise en place, ensure work station is clean at all times
• Adhere to hygiene procedures in Kitchen 
• Cook meals as per guidance from Senior Chef 

Experience:

• SC or equivalent 
• NC3 Food Production from Hotel School 
• Valid Food Handler Certificate 
• A clean certificate of character
• Ready to work odd hours / Sunday / Public Holiday
