- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure regarding guest, staff and outsiders.
- Ensure effective communication between main gate and lobby, including but not limited to Events.
- Ensure a better coordination of control access to lobby parking.
- Will coordinate with hotel security about all aspects regarding staff and guest movements.
- Ensure on a daily basis during events a better communication between main gate and entrance to hotel premises.
- Coordinating from Main Gate to staff and Management with regards to visitors, suppliers and Human Resources access.
- Ensure effective coordination with security upon staff arrival and departure.
- Perform any duties and tasks entrusted to you by InterContinental Mauritius within the framework of your band category, according to your skills and competencies.
