To achieve departmental revenue targets and customer satisfaction through effectively selling parts to existing and new customers

To be responsible to the Parts Controller for prompt delivery of spare parts to customers at the counter and more especially to:

• Achieve sales targets through effectively selling parts,
• Record service rate and lost sales data accurately,
• Provide customer service assistance in terms of technical advice and enquiries by customers,
• Prepare quotations requested by retail customers, fleet owners and workshop,
• To prepare Estimate of Repairs for accidented vehicles;
• Demonstrate the functioning and operation of products,
• To up-sell spare parts that accompany ordered /requested parts,
• Process sales invoices and arranging for delivery of products,
• Up to date filling of invoices and pick slips records,
• Carry out perpetual stock counts randomly,
• Assist Parts Controller in stock verifications and attend to his queries,
• Daily recording of all picking documents as well as register update,
• Maintain clear bin location and empty bin indicators,
• Check and bin all parts returned by the customer,
• Ensure that the Parts and Service Synchronization Sheet is properly filled and maintained,
• Receive physical parts,
• Adhere to Toyota image standards, follow up TSM standards, and follow through TMC warehouse policies and procedures,
• Accurate parts picking of and timely delivery of picked parts to the sales staff,

  

·          holder of Cambridge School Certificate/Cambridge Higher School Certificate.

·       Certificate/Diploma in sales and Marketing

·       able to demonstrate communication and selling/marketing skills.

·       Two years’ experience in selling and/or marketing automotive parts.

·       Proficient in use of Microsoft office packages.

·       Good interpersonal skills

·       A Degree/Diploma in a business discipline/ sales and marketing

·       Two years experience in sales & marketing
