Role Description:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow Management, Investment analysis and financial reporting  for Pallagames activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Mauritius includes monitoring gaming revenues and expenses, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The Finance Manager will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, monthly Management accounts, analyze financial performance, and provide insights to support strategic investments and decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing internal; controls, coordinating audits, supervising finance and accounts staff, and collaborating with operations and management tams to optimize profitability and safeguard assets.

Qualifications:

Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting with the ability to analyze revenue streams and control costs.

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations, including experience with accounting software and spreadsheets. Being conversant in SAP10 would be an Advantage.

Knowledge of compliance, audit purposes, taxation and internal controls, ideally within gaming, hospitality or regulated industries.

Ability to interpret financial data, prepare management reports, and support strategic planning with clear communications.

Relevant academic background such as degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field; professional certifications (e.g ACCA, CPA).

Strong organizational problem solving, and decision-making skills, with a high level of integrity and attention in detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on site. 

Must be registered Accountant (MIPA etc)

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years experience as Finance Manager is Mandatory.
