Equipment Maintenance

• Inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance

• Monitor system performance and efficiency

• Diagnose faults in HVAC and refrigeration units

• Repair or replace defective components, compressors, fans, and cooling units

• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize guest inconvenience

• Assist in installing new air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

• Support upgrades and modifications as required

• Ensure correct setup according to manufacturer specifications

• Follow safety procedures for handling refrigerants and electrical components

• Comply with local regulations and environmental standards

• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
