Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power outlets, and control panels

• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule

• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out timely repairs

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies

• Replace defective wiring, switches, and fixtures

• Maintain electrical systems in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house

• Support installation of new equipment and appliances

• Assist during renovations and projects

• Follow electrical safety standards and regulations

• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes

• Maintain proper records of maintenance work

• Report major issues to Engineering Manager

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
