As our Finance Assistant, you will contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations across Finance, Administration, HR and Business Support.

🔹 Digital Records Management
🔹 Bank Reconciliations
🔹 SAGE Accounting Entries
🔹 Stock Management
🔹 Financial Controls
🔹 Business Continuity & Administrative Support

⭐ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a person who doesn't simply do the job — but takes ownership of it.

Our ideal candidate is:

✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✅ Responsible, trustworthy and professional
✅ Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
✅ Strong in accounting and administrative procedures
✅ Able to manage priorities, deadlines and multiple tasks
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
✅ Familiar with SAGE Accounting is an advantage
✅ A strong communicator and team player
✅ Able to work independently and take initiative
✅ Positive, energetic and willing to learn and grow
🚗 VALID DRIVING LICENCE IS MANDATORY

🎓 Experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll or Administration will be an advantage.
