Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day production operations ensuring high-quality output aligned with quality excellence.
- Drive the Production team in coordinating and supervising production activities to ensure targets are achieved.
- Execute and monitor production planning to meet targets and deadlines. Track productivity and yield, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
- Promote a strong culture of performance, continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence.
- Monitor production KPIs, analyse performance gaps, and report on operational results to Management.
- Collaborate closely with all other departments to ensure efficient and compliant production operations.
Profile
- Degree in Management/Operations/Food Science or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Fully computer literate with experience using ERP systems.
- Dynamic, good interpersonal, results-driven approach & problem-solving skills, pro-active and detail oriented.
