Job Description
Meadersfeeds Ltd is looking for a shop assistant for it's outlet in Rodrigues.
The shop assistant will have as main duties :
- Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the Shop.
- Attend to customers, provide assistance and ensure a high level of
customer service.
- Plan
and coordinate deliveries based on customer orders and operational
requirements.
- Conduct regular stock inventories and ensure accurate stock records.
- Prepare delivery notes, invoices and other relevant documentation.
- Reconcile daily sales, stock movements and payments received, and report
any discrepancies to the Shop Supervisor.
- Assist the Shop Supervisor with the banking of funds, clearing of
containers from the harbour and other related administrative duties.
Requirements :
-HSC
-Good communication skills
-Good customer service
