Ÿ   Responsible for energy storage system design: Able to design adaptable, efficient, and reliable energy storage plant solutions based on customer requirements and site conditions.

Ÿ   Energy storage technology evaluation and selection: Understand various energy storage technologies, such as lithium-ion batteries, sodium-sulfur batteries, compressed air energy storage, etc., and be able to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages to select the most suitable technology for the project.

Ÿ   System integration and optimization: Design and optimize the energy storage plant system, including energy storage equipment, energy management systems, grid connections, control systems, etc., to ensure maximum system performance.

Ÿ   Technical solution planning: Develop detailed technical solutions and system designs, taking into account factors such as energy storage, power output, safety, and cost.

Ÿ   Technical communication and coordination: Communicate with customers, suppliers, and team members to ensure a shared understanding of the technical solutions and to coordinate resources to advance the project.

Ÿ   Problem diagnosis and resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during the design and implementation of the energy storage plant.

Ÿ   Industry trend awareness: Continuously monitor the latest technological developments, policy changes, and market trends in the energy storage field to maintain a leading position in the industry.

 Project management skills: Have project management experience, be able to develop and execute project plans, manage time, resources, and costs, and ensure timely project delivery and budget control.    

Other Competencies/Attributes:

Technical background: Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of power systems and energy storage technologies.

Familiar with the design of energy storage system solutions and capable of designing and configuring energy storage projects.

Proficient in using tools such as CAD and Office, and able to produce energy storage system layout plans, technical proposals, etc., based on customer requirements.

Good command of English, which can be used as a working language.

Required Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above

Required Experience

·       At Least 5 years experiences

·       Experience in solar industry is preferred, energy industry is a must
