Job Description
We are looking for an engaging, safety-conscious Guide to welcome guests and lead memorable quad, buggy and nature experiences at Bel Ombre Nature Reserve. You will share your knowledge of the reserve’s fauna, flora, ecosystems and sustainability initiatives while ensuring every guest feels safe, informed and inspired.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcome, brief and engage guests throughout each
experience.
• Lead groups safely across trails, terrain and obstacles, adapting to weather, trail conditions and guest ability.
• Explain local biodiversity, sustainability practices and points of interest clearly and confidently.
• Equip guests correctly, demonstrate quad and buggy operation, and monitor compliance with safety rules.
• Respond calmly to incidents, complete required reports and share pre- and post-tour feedback.
• Support daily vehicle and equipment care, including cleaning, fuelling, parking and identifying maintenance needs.
