About the Role

We are seeking a fast and precise Senior MEP Draughtsman to work on building projects of all types.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and allied services
• Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings
• Prepare as-built drawings
• Attend meetings and site visits
• Drawing filing
  
• Update drawing register
• Assist in printing works 

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience as an MEP Draughtsman
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning systems
• Fast and precise in drawing production
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work odd hours as required by project demands
• Able to work under the guidance of the Engineer and Managing Director
• Diploma or certification in Draughting, Engineering, or related field
