Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise MEP works on construction projects.
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building services with project teams.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and progress of MEP works.
  • Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
  • Assist with project planning, material requirements, inspections, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and technical drawings.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in building and civil engineering projects will be an advantage.
