Job Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible to:
•To assist guests with reservations and queries, supervise guest arrival and departure, co-ordinate and arrange special requests and organise the delivery of guests’ luggage with porters under the supervision of the Head Concierge.•Provides information to guests on the Hotel and on excursions and makes arrangements.
•Promotes and sells F&B outlets,
events, limousine transfer, Ile Des Deux Coco trips and theme nights according to targets set by
Management.
•Verifies that taxi drivers adhere to
minimum Hotel standards with regard to
grooming, cleanliness of vehicle and punctuality, and records trips with Hotel
guests.
•Checks on daily events, entertainment and
sports activities to accurately inform guests.
