JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing trainee to support our team during an exciting and busy period. This internship will offer valuable hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing operations, and exhibitor management within a vibrant retail environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

1.      Events

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of mall events (Black Friday, Christmas markets, festive activities, etc.).
• Act as on-site support or hostess during major events to ensure smooth execution and a positive visitor experience.

• Help with administrative and logistical tasks related to marketing campaigns and event coordination.

2.     Exhibitions

• Provide support to exhibitors and vendors during markets and activations (set-up coordination, attendance, etc.).

3.     Social Media

• Community Management
• Content creation

4.     Administration

• Liaise with suppliers, tenants, and partners when needed.
• Assist in day-to-day office and marketing operations.

5.     Others

Any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum: Completed HSC or equivalent.
• Studies in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field would be an advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable interacting with the public and available to work during event hours (including weekends if required).
• Organised, adaptable, and able to multitask.
• Computer literate
