Job Description
As a Coursier, you will play a crucial role in the pick-up and delivery of parcels to the customers' place while promoting a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick-up and deliver parcels/documents in a timely manner
- Load and unload the company vehicle with parcels/documents
- Carry out the search for consignee's location in case of incomplete address
- Help customers to prepare and complete forms and documentations with regard to courier service
- Maintain and keep up-to-date database of intervention and courier listings on a daily basis
- Provide a quality service to the satisfaction of the customer
- Ensure safe and good driving techniques of the company vehicle including but not limited to cars, trucks and vans
Requirements:
- A valid Private Car (Manual) driving license
- A clean and valid certificate of character
- Proven experience as a driver
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
