Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Communication Executive to join our team.
- Lead the execution of the Marketing and Communication strategies of the affiliate.
- Operate within a cross-functional environment to foster collaboration with business managers and stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing and communication agencies (advertising agencies, digital agencies, PR & events agencies, press, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the business and market.
- Act as an advisor, collaborating closely with business managers to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Oversee procurement processes related to marketing and communication efforts, including supplier management, purchase order preparation, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage a team of trainees during campaigns and projects, ensuring seamless coordination with the Marketing and Communication Officer.
- Maintain budget records per project, prepare reports, and monitor financial allocations.
- Oversee the issuance, design, and management of communication materials.
- Implement the communication plan
CONTRIBUTE TO THE AFFILIATE’S STRATEGY BY BUILDNG A STRONG KNOWLEDGE AND DELIVERY:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans tailored to affiliate products and services.
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine the affiliate’s positioning.
- Track and enhance brand awareness, image, and customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives.
- Implement and oversee promotional events, corporate campaigns, and brand support activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand portfolio management and compliance with company branding governance.
- Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain dashboards to monitor marketing KPIs, campaign costs, and overall impact.
CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNICATION PLAN & DIGITAL ROADMAP BY HAVING STRONG INPUTS / DELIVERY:
- Develop and execute a communication plan that supports brand content through targeted media strategies.
- Manage online visibility, digital content, and data protection compliance aligned with local and international policies.
- Coordinate service station master data sources, ensuring attractiveness and online engagement.
- Ensure an efficient information and claims management policy for B2B and B2C customers, fostering transparency and responsiveness.
FOLLOW UP OF EACH ACTION AND MEASURE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CAMPAIGNS
- Systematically measures the effectiveness of the campaign and makes recommendations to improve the results
- Creates dashboard and communicates the KPIs according to the Marketing Plan objectives
- Ensure quarterly the campaign follow up (with the effective costs and the results of the campaigns)
CONTRIBUTE TO ORGANIZING EVENTS & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
- Organize and implement events in collaboration with business managers.
- Support site/service/franchise openings with appropriate marketing and communication strategies.
- Strengthen internal communication by providing structured news updates, toolboxes, and FAQs for dealers and teams.
- Manage retail and card challenges, including visual communications for sales teams.
- Foster engagement through structured internal programs, including Top Service initiatives.
PROCUREMENT & REPORTING
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies related to quotes, supplier relations, and purchase orders.
- Conduct media monitoring and benchmarking to track industry trends and inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports detailing marketing activities, campaign outcomes, and financial performance
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Degree in Management, Marketing or Communication from a recognised institution
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of Marketing, Communication & Digital in a large Organisation would be a plus
· Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
· Dynamic, organised, innovative and ability to work in complete autonomy
· Demonstrated Leadership and teamwork/spirit abilities
· Excellent presentation skills
· Excellent command of French and English; spoken and written
· Excellent command and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools as well as marketing and digital portals
