The United Basalt Products Ltd is seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Attendant for its Engineering Department’s Supply Chain Section. The recruit may have to travel to other sites and may not be solely based at Geoffroy Road, Bambous, depending on the business and clients’ needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Ensure proper housekeeping

·        Conduct stock replenishment

·        Conduct stocktake in the stores/sub stores to detect any discrepancies

·        Participate in delivery at counter/stores/sub stores

·        Participate in process of preparation of order

·        Participate actively in department’s daily activities

·        Learn from/ Collaborate/ Assist team members, for proper operations of the department

·        Ensure that all health and safety measures are implemented and adhered to

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

·        Minimum Form 4

·        At least 5 years’ experience

·        Knowledge of parts and equipment

·        Proper Operation/Maintenance & Repair/Cleaning Skills

·        Ability to work in a team environment

·        Physical ability to perform outdoor work in a dust exposed environment

·        Willing to work odd/ flexible hours or on a shift system as and when required

·        Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment standards

·        Holder of a driving licence and experience in operating Forklift or any other equipment
