Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Identify all lease files reaching maturity on a weekly basis or being early settled on a daily basis and prepare the corresponding sale deeds within 72 hours. Monitor and follow up on each case through completion and delivery, maintaining an up-to-date and accessible tracking report detailing the status and actions taken.
  • Process with the registration of the lease agreement by ensuring that registration is completed within one week.
  • Maintain regular reporting and provide timely feedback on all leases disbursed, rescheduled, transferred, and registered. Closely monitor the status of all registered files.
  • Ensure that all files and documents are properly maintained, securely stored, and readily retrievable when required.
  • Ensure files are properly organized and submitted for archiving at least twice a year.
  • Attend to requests from insurers and other relevant stakeholders within 48 hours, ensuring proper records are maintained, including records relating to fines and related matters.
  • Provide operational support and ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately within the required timelines, with particular focus on leasing and deposit-related processes.

  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HSC, or any other equivalent qualification in Administration.
  • 2-3 years - Proven experience in operations management / administration or a similar role.
