Maintenance Technician/ Handyman

 Main Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Technician/ Handyman to assist the Maintenance Officer in handling routine maintenance activities of Caňa within the vibrant city of Beau Plan.

Main Responsibilities

·        Perform daily on-site inspections and make sure that corrective actions are taken within appropriate time schedule to ensure that all company assets are in good running condition.

·        Keep daily records of readings and interventions carried and to analyse same to propose any intervention if needed.

·       Participate in the creation of an emergency preparedness plan for the club. 

·       Analyse any maintenance issue and take remedial actions in a timely manner.

·       Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers and contractors.

·        Perform such other duties directly related to the main duties listed above or related to the delivery of the output and results expected from the Maintenance Technician/ Handyman in the role prescribed to him.

   Qualification & Experience

·        1 to 3 Years of experience

·        At ease working with single phase electrical systems.
