We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate ICU Healthcare Assistant to join our healthcare team at Life Medical Clinic Bon Pasteur.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and healthcare professionals in providing basic care to ICU/HDU patients.
• Assist patients with hygiene, feeding, grooming, repositioning, and mobility.
• Ensure patients are clean, comfortable, and safe.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and transportation within the hospital.
• Prepare patient areas, beds, equipment, and supplies as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper infection prevention and control standards.
• Monitor and replenish unit supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Assist the nursing and medical teams during routine and emergency situations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum qualification in Healthcare Assistance, Nursing Assistance, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hospital, ICU, or HDU will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
