Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle by assisting in the delivery of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, HR administration, and other human resource functions, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the HR Specialist in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions on Employee life cycle from Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding, Attendance/Leave Management, Performance Management System, Payroll Processing, HR administrative duties till Employee Exit;
- Assist in the onboarding/induction of new recruits is well planned and that new recruits receive all necessary information, documents and access on their first day of joining the company and follow up of any documents to be submitted by the new recruits in a timely manner;
- Assist in the preparation of Payroll and ensure relevant filing with authorities are done in a timely manner;
- Assist in the participation in training and development activities such taking attendance sheet for all the training conducted, prepare the training feedback summary report.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team;
- Preparation of CVs of internal resources for tenders and proposals;
- Updating the HR Skills Database on a regular basis;
- Managing and monitoring attendance records through the Access Control System;
- Assist the HR Specialist in compiling data for HR analytics and preparation of a series of reports relating to HR activities (recruitment, training, grievances, probation review, performance evaluations, etc);
- Provide assistance in coordinating HR meetings and projects and may be required to take minutes of meeting;
- Filing and record keeping of departmental files;
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Senior Manager - Human Resource and Administration.
- Carry out such acts as shall be required for the proper fulfilling of duties listed above.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· A minimum of one (1) year's relevant experience in Human Resources or administration will be an advantage.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
