We are looking for a Senior Talent & Capability Executive to join our Talent & Capability team, someone who is passionate about developing people, spotting potential and coming up with fresh, creative ways to build talent and capability across the Group.

🎯 About the Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Talent & Culture, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering our Group-wide Talent & Capability agenda.

You will work closely with identified talents, managers, HR teams and business leaders to help people grow, strengthen our talent pipeline and turn development ideas into meaningful action.

You will also have the opportunity to lead exciting people initiatives, deliver training, bring new ideas to the table and support the development of our Talent & Capability team.

In short, we are looking for someone who enjoys thinking differently, making things happen and finding better ways to develop people.

💼 What You will Be Doing

• Lead talent identification, assessment, talent reviews, succession and development processes.
• Partner with talents, managers and HR teams to create and monitor Professional Development Plans (PDPs).
• Design and deliver engaging talent development initiatives, including training, workshops, coaching, mentoring and other targeted development activities.
• Design and deliver training and learning sessions across the Academy and Group, bringing energy, creativity and practical value to the learning experience.
• Manage psychometric and other talent assessment activities and turn assessment outcomes into meaningful development actions.
• Analyse talent data and turn insights into practical recommendations that support better talent decisions.
• Build strong relationships with Business Heads, managers, HR teams and identified talents across the Group.
• Lead and contribute to Academy-wide projects, such as Team Buildings, strategic interventions and Group events.
• Explore new technologies, tools and creative approaches to make our talent and capability initiatives even more impactful.
• Look for opportunities to challenge the status quo and think outside the box when it comes to developing people.
• Supervise, coach and support the growth of the Talent & Capability team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and knowledge sharing.
