Able to operate a vehicle safely and effectively. 

Do the Internal despatch between Medine’s various business units 

Keep track of every incident while driving, such as any accidents or tickets. 

Give his or her superior a record of the times the vehicle was used and for what purpose. 

Report all accidents, unsafe working conditions and damage to hotel vehicles and related property. 

Collect and deliver hotel guests to and from the airport, if required. 

Ensure the vehicles are clean and tidy 

Ensure road tax, insurance, and fitness are up to day 

Ensure fuel/diesel are full for the next shift 

Ensure servicing for all vehicles are up to date 

Do shuttle between Medine’s various business units for customer 

Any other cognate duties related to your work as may be requested by the Superiors or the Management.
