  • Act as the primary operational contact for fund administrators, management companies, banks, auditors, legal advisers, insurers and other external service providers.
  • Maintain and monitor a regulatory and corporate obligations calendar, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, tax and contractual requirements are met on time.
  • Oversee day-to-day banking operations, including payments, account administration, signatory management and periodic bank reviews.
  • Maintain internal financial records, cost tracking schedules, cash flow forecasts and management reporting across the group.
  • Coordinate with external accounting and administration providers to ensure accurate bookkeeping, reporting and audit readiness.
  • Review and reconcile fund administration outputs, including expense allocations, NAV-related expenses and investor reporting.
  • Support investor onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, subscriptions, redemptions and ongoing investor servicing activities.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and maintain corporate governance records across the group structure.
  • Ensure KYC, AML and corporate records remain complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate board, corporate secretarial and administrative activities, including resolutions, statutory records and document execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, controls and reporting frameworks as the business grows.

About You

  • Minimum 7 years' experience within fund administration, financial services, banking, management companies or professional services.
  • Accounting qualification or part-qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Strong Excel and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with the Mauritian regulatory environment, including GBL, VCC and FSC requirements, is advantageous.
  • Proactive, highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management abilities.
  • Based in Mauritius with the right to work.

What We Offer
