KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•                  Communicate with the key users to understand business needs

•                  Liaise with clients, evaluating their business processes and anticipating requirements

•                  Redesign working processes and suggest new or enhanced IT systems required to improve  

             efficiency and user/customer satisfaction

•                  Act as a translator between software developers and clients to convey how information

             technology (IT) can support the organization's needs

•                  Prioritize technical and functional requirements

•                  Document Non-Functional Requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, reliability, availability,

             portability & security)

•                  Document Other Requirements such as statutory or regulatory requirements, requirements for

             operation in customer environment

•                  Write user stories during the Analyse phase using Azure Devops

•                  Perform requirements analysis and translate requirements into System Requirements

             Specifications (SRS) Document

•                  Collaboration with Project Team Members (Developers, Quality Assurers, Scrum Masters, etc.)

•                  Participate in user acceptance testing

•                  Run workshops and training sessions

•                  Work on Agile/Scrum Methodology

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

·        Minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of ICT.

·        3 years’ work experience in analysis, design, development of software or business analysis.
