• Implement, monitor, and continually improve the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) on all sites.
• Minimize environmental risks and impacts of construction operations including waste, pollution, noise, dust, and resource consumption.
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices among site teams, subcontractors, and workers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's sustainability strategy and action plans.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• BSC in Environmental and Public Health or equivalent and or higher.
• Minimum 5 years relevant site experience.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance-driven mindset.
• Ability to train and influence workers and subcontractors. Good organizational and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of environmental monitoring instruments (noise meter, particulate counter, etc.).
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents and implement solutions.
