Job Description
The Lux Collective is recruiting for the position of Guest System Administrator at its Head Office in Tribeca, Trianon.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Administer and maintain OPERA PMS, ensuring accurate system setup and daily operation.
- Manage rates, rate codes, packages, restrictions, and availability within OPERA.
- Maintain and update room inventory, room types, rate availability, and related system configurations.
- Create and maintain Travel Agent, Company, and other business profiles, ensuring data accuracy and avoiding duplicate profiles.
- Support the Reservations/Front Office teams with OPERA-related issues and system queries.
- Monitor system data quality and ensure correct mapping of rates, market segments, sources, room types, and profiles.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management on rate and inventory changes.
- Assist with testing and implementation of new rates, packages, room types, and system configurations.
- Ensure proper documentation of system changes and procedures.
- Schedule and maintain recurring OPERA/BI reports.
- Create, modify, and distribute operational reports according to agreed schedules.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Travel Agent and Company profiles required for reporting and business intelligence purposes.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of profile, segment, source, and market-related data.
- Support the BI Manager with data validation and reporting requirements.
- Investigate discrepancies between OPERA data and BI reports.
- Assist with standardisation and cleanup of master data.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary Education at Diploma Level in Management, Tourism or any other related to a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- No prior experience required.

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail and data-quality mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot system and reporting issues.
- Experience with report scheduling and distribution.
- Basic understanding of Power BI / BI reporting would be a strong advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages.
- Willingness to work during odd hours on weekdays when required.
- A clean certificate of character is a must.
