Job Description

GENERAL MISSIONS

  • WELCOME THE GM
  • Assure the shift of reception of the clientele and advise to sell the care (reception Spa, table of information)
  • Take the appointment of care and charge
  • Inform the GM about the mode of functioning of the clinic (cards for the linen, the wardrobes, the sauna)
  • Participate in the life of the centre (team spirit, collaboration) and of the village (time of conviviality)

REALIZE THE CARE
  • Realize various types of massage
  • Watch the comfort of the GM in cabin and in the common spaces
  • Follow the protocols of the care (quality defect zero)
  • Be organize in its work

SELL THE SERVICE
  • Promote the sale of all the care and the packcage in and outside the centre (contact GM)
  • Promote the sale of products
  • Know well how to inform, advise, guide the GM in its choices
  • Inform the GM about ClubMed Spa holiday

HEALTH AND SAFETY
  • Respect the resort’s waste management rules (sorting, collection…)
  • Limit electricity and water consumption
  • Respect the service’s rules for dangerous products management (storage, protection equipment…)

Ideal Profil:

  • AVAILBLE TO WORK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & STAY IN RESORT 6 DAYS PER WEEL
  • Diploma related in related field shall be appreciated
  • Available to travel
  • Easy public expression
  • A successful first experience of minimum 6 months is required
  • Fluent English & French
